There are a three resident teams who play on this extremely well maintained bowls green situated within Sprowston Recreation Ground, but there is always space available for casual hire.

If you are looking for some gentle exercise why not join one of the bowls teams who play at Sprowston Recreation Ground. New members are always welcome at both Sprowston Recreation Ground Bowls Club and Sprowston Senior Citizens Bowls Club. There is an excellent green with bowls pavilion, for that all-important cup of tea, and ample free parking.

The season runs from mid-April to mid-September.
