Eight enclosed tennis courts, two hard and 6 grass courts, are available free of charge at Sprowston Recreation Ground.

The hard courts are available all year round. Grass courts are usually available from the first full week in May until September. Simply turn up and play during park opening hours.

These facilities are offered on a first come first served basis – no booking necessary. Users are asked to be mindful of other players who may also wish to use the courts
